The October 1998 SIGCHI Bulletin is all about what happened at CHI 98. (For SIGCHI members only.) Conference Proceedings now online. Also, information on ordering all 3 conference publications. How was CHI 98? Tell us at chi98-suggestions@acm.org. Check out the Workshop web sites for workshop reports from CHI 98. CHI 98 welcomed participation from people in the education, entertainment and health care domains. Newcomers to the conference may want to start with the conference welcome. Important Dates18-20 April: Was the pre-conference program.21-23 April: Was the CHI 98 technical program. After CHI 98: Start planning for CHI 99, May 15-20, 1999, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. The theme is "The CHI is the Limit". You may also want to start planning for CHI 2000. It will be April 1-6, 2000, The Hague, The Netherlands.
