The following information will be used for planning technology support at
the conference. Early information on the type of equipment you would like
to have for your presentation is vital for technology support planning.
Please make your requests as accurate as possible, otherwise the conference
may not be able to provide the equipment you need for your presentation.

For categories with a submission deadline before September, once your work
has been accepted a more detailed request regarding the technology support
will be included in your Author Kit.

The level of support provided will vary from one category to another. For

Note: You will receive a final AV and computing support request form if you
receive an author kit. It is expected that there will be no significant
differences bewteen the two requests.

Please try to anticipate your needs so the conference can make the best
effort to support your presentation.
